Leadership Trek Program

In pursuit of our own ongoing personal development and professional growth, last year we undertook a 25 day trek to Mt. Kailas in Tibet, as part of a larger seven week around the world journey.

It was an exciting and challenging trek in an interesting, beautiful, and difficult environment. During this trek we saw ample evidence of the value of difficult environments in developing leadership skills.

In conjunction with a major trekking operator, we now have the option of co-leading treks with a leadership focus, to the Mt. Everest base camp and other challenging areas in Nepal.
