Among the deliverables of these highly structured, motivational/employee appreciation programs are for participants to have fun and play together in a non work setting, form working relationships with new people in a way that easily transfers back to the job, and to feel an increased sense of motivation and appreciation for a job well done.

These multi media, high energy programs, can be delivered anywhere for a minimum of 30 people and have no maximum size limitations on the number of participants. We have programmed for groups as large as 1500 people. These programs feature teams competing and collaborating with each other to successfully solve challenging moderate physical and cognitive problems, identify best practices and effective team processes, and ultimately to win the prize of a large donation to the charity of a the teams choice.
