Our team building offerings are
designed to produce specific business results for our clients
and to address the real problems teams face in the current business
and economic environment. We offer custom designed team building
programs of one to five days in length that can use either high
adventure environments or the conference center setting. We also
offer our, off the shelf, Team Spirit half day, large group,
motivation and appreciation program. We can deliver needs assessment
services and follow-up programming as needed. Our Team Building
offerings use the Drexler-Sibbett Team Performance Model.
Our Action Leadership Program
develops leadership attitudes, behaviors, and skills to prepare
leaders for effectiveness in the face of chaos. These custom
designed programs combine tradition platform skill areas, surveys
and assessments, executive coaching, and high adventure experiential
activities to develop a middle approach to leadership. This middle
ground is neither controlling nor passive but open to providing
the necessary leadership and vision that challenging times call
for.
Our professional coaching services
are designed to provide our clients accurate data on their personal
and professional experience in all areas of life and to provide
our clients with skills and resources to effectively and accurately
address the challenges of "life as it shows up for them".
We provide coaching services that are designed to be self generating
and self correcting. Our coaching can be done in person, by e-mail,
or by phone. In addition, we provide an accurate sounding board
for executives in all types of settings, to test assumptions
before they act on them, an opportunity to get feedback on new
ideas, and to give executive clients a trusting environment to
discuss any issue, personal or professional. We are past students
of James Flaherty and the Professional Coaching courses offered
by New Ventures West.
Our facilitators and trainers at Adventure Learning Associates have been
providing corporate experiential programs for over 20 years. This experience

design, high adventure challenge equipment design, "Train
the Experiential Trainer" custom programs, experiential needs
