Executive Coaching

Being an executive or a manager is a tough job. Among the many challenges we face on a daily basis is finding ourselves going back and forth between total control and complete passivity and wondering why our subordinates are not empowered to handle everyday tasks by themselves.

Our Executive Coaching services are designed to clarify this and other complexities by creating a safe (non-political, non-competitive) place to talk about the issues and people we face day to day and to give us accurate data about our daily interactions and performance. We are a sounding board for executive effectiveness. Like our personal coaching service our executive coaching also focuses on helping our clients pay attention to the true issues in their professional and personal lives by changing their structure of interpretation of events, rather than just focusing on our emotional reactions to perceived problems or just chasing after goals.

Our coaching programs consist of clarifying interviews and discussions, enrollment in committing to achieve breakthrough goals, followed by the establishment of self correcting practices that enable our clients to discover their own and other resources to generate sustained effective responses to personal and business challenges.
