At Adventure Learning Associates, we offer a wide variety of consulting services designed to aid our clients in dealing with the complexities of designing, implementing, and programming corporate experiential training and team building programs. Many of our consulting initiatives focus on the areas of experiential activity design and the wide concept of team development in its many forms.

Our consultants have many years of specific experience in their areas of expertise. They work with clients to effectively use and integrate experiential components into their existing training offerings. They assist in designing specific activities that fit into our clients unique needs and training objectives.

In conjunction with all our custom designed team building programs we offer consulting services in the areas of Team Development and Team Leadership. We are skilled in helping all types of organizations make the sometimes tough transition from hierarchical leadership to a flat self directed organization.
