Our Action Leadership Program develops leadership skills, attitudes, and behaviors to prepare leaders for effectiveness in the face of chaos. These custom designed programs combine traditional platform skill areas, surveys and assessments, executive coaching, and high adventure experiential activities to develop a middle approach to leadership. This middle ground is neither controlling nor passive but open to providing the necessary leadership and vision that challenging times call for.

All our leadership programs are customized. We prefer to work with leaders over time rather than a one shot program.  We love to work with management teams and boards as well as the new manager.
