Company Profile
Adventure Learning Associates is a virtual organization, that uses its extensive networking resources to provide its clients with programs and services facilitated by world class experiential trainers. Our greatest asset is the years of experience and intuitive powers of our trainers. This experience base is then transferred to our clients in the form of achievement of long and short term goals and the development of a self correcting and self generating approach to problem solving.

Adventure Learning Associates is an active and diverse organization that offers a wide range of programs and consulting services, not just team building programs. We are excited about our Team Spirit Programs, our Jump Start program for quickly building team and group creativity and our personal coaching services.

Adventure Learning Associates is owned and operated by Paul Kidder. Paul has been involved in experiential education for over 22 years. He worked for the Outward Bound organizations in many capacities for 13 years. He has been training corporate, non-profit, and business school groups experientially for 18 years. He has a masters degree from the University of Minnesota in Adult Education. He is a qualified Myers-Briggs trainer and has finished a certification program in professional coaching.
